Hi, I am Sally Tucker. I have a passion for Truth and the US Constitution. I am seeking to represent HD21 (roughly Black Eagle and eastern side of Riverview), intent on being a voice for ordinary, hard-working people, and the businesses which employ them.
I believe citizens have a right to accountable and responsive government, that will secure our God-given rights and allow us to prosper in peace.

Every life has intrinsic value; every human life has purpose.
Our state has teetered on the slippery slope for far too long; as the slide into the depths of the death culture has been embraced by legislatures around our nation, our lawmakers must stand for life, and resist the industries built on death.
US Bill of Rights stands non-negotiable.
Critically, as a Sovereign State, Property Rights; First Amendment Rights; Second Amendment Rights; Fifth Amendment Rights, and Tenth Amendment Rights must all be restored and reinforced.
In addition, our Justice system must realign with our US Constitutional founding principles.
Our County Sheriffs must again be recognized as the highest Constitutiinal authority in each County, not just another arm of State law enforcement.
As the Treasure State, Montana doesn't need outside 'experts' to dictate our economic activity.
We do not need activists and lawyers undermining our resource management . We want JOBS.
On the Constitutions:
Our US Constitution is a contract for self-government, and stands as a beacon of freedom, with limited powers granted to three co-equal branches of government. As stewards, granted power by We the People, their oath to uphold and defend our Constituion is to We the People, affirmed under God.
Sally takes this oath seriously; she affirmed the same as a USAF enlistee, and still abides by her oath.
The Montana Constitution was updated through a Constitutional Convention in 1972. The result has proven of questionable value, as many of the principles set forth are unclear, or even conflict with our US Constitution. Much of the mischief in Montana law is due to ambiguities exploited by special interests, through the Legislature and Courts.
Critical issues facing Montana:
* Medicaid Expansion (aka the Hospital CEO Subsidy Act)
Also known as ButtreyCare, this unfunded mandate (SB405) was initially sold by then-Senator Ed Buttrey in 2015 as essential to ObamaCare implementation, and touted as a sweet deal for our State.
Detractors pointed out that federal contributions were limited and arbitrary; that Montana Medicaid's original recipients (disabled and elderly) would be hurt by the program expansion's addition of able-bodied adults. noted that the corresponding federal Medicaid expansion had no guarantee of continuation if ObamaCare were repealed...or even just reduced, if Congress ever stopped spending money it doesn't have.
And, most critically, that the program had few safeguards against waste, fraud and abuse.
* CSKT Water Compact
* CPS & Justice system: lack of accountability for abuse of children & families under their watch.
* Epidemic Drug and sex trafficking
* States' Rights
* Fallout from the Coronacation: lingering viral fear endangers our Republic.
Free our State from runaway spending, onerous taxes, unnecessary turmoil and soul-crushing regulations.
Rise with Sally to meet the challenges of restoring our State's prosperity
